Chair
Mr. Gackle is a managing director at ARC Financial Corp. and leads its oilfield service and energy transition investment teams. He has extensive board experience across private energy service and manufacturing companies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, a CFA charter and an Institute of Corporate Directors designation.
Lauchlan Currie
Director
Mr. Currie is co-chair and director of ARC Financial Corp., where he provides leadership and strategic oversight, including investing strategy and investment decision-making. He has more than 30 years of investment experience in the Canadian energy industry and is a registered Professional Geologist in Alberta.
Jacqueline Forrest
Director
Ms. Forrest is Executive Director of the ARC Energy Research Institute and supports ARC Financial Corp.’s advancement of Environmental, Social, and Governance analysis and implementation. She is a 25-plus year veteran of the energy industry and a Professional Engineer.
Steve Glanville
Director
Mr. Glanville has served as STEP’s president and CEO since October 2022. He is a co-founder of STEP and brings three decades of oilfield experience, including time with SLB, Sanjel Energy Services and Calfrac Well Services.
Michael Kelly
Director
Mr. Kelly is a business leader with over 30 years of experience working with growth-oriented businesses in Canadian and international markets. He previously held executive roles at Trican Well Service Ltd. and has extensive board experience across private and public sectors.
Carl Levitt
Director
Mr. Levitt is a senior vice-president on the investment team at ARC Financial Corp. where he focuses on the origination, structuring and execution of new investment opportunities. He is a Professional Engineer in Alberta and a CFA charterholder.
Rachel Moore
Director
Ms. Moore has served as executive vice president, corporate services of Ovintiv Inc. since January 2020. She has two decades of experience in corporate services, including human resources, communications, sustainability, systems implementation and DEI leadership.
Jim Hand
Director
Mr. Hand has been president and chief executive officer of Kingston Midstream since 2018. He has held executive roles in Canada with Laricina Energy, ConocoPhillips and Repsol, and has extensive board and committee experience in the energy sector.
